The main benefit of File Sharing is to try and synchronise multiple devices of your own, for example Internet Explorer Favorurites or your My Documents. Little "advanced" functionality therein. Workspaces are meant for collaboration and are the key feature/functionality/cabability of Groove. 95%% of the time (if not more) I'd say using workspaces is the way you'll go. Folder sharing is
