Thanks for the reply! Copy works fine, no problems. Users can edit files and save them no problem. The issue is only when they try and create a new file in the location through excel. Hi, Running Windows Server 2003 SP2. Have problem with users saving files to a network share. When they click save as in Excel, it says that the file already exists (which it does not) then says that the folder is marked as read only (again, which it is not). The file is created with a 0Kb size. Share permissions are set to full control, and folder permissions are as follows: read, write
