I was just migrated to Outlook 2003 and I am trying to set up my e-mail to forward to my Blackberry. My company does not currently support the use of a Blackberry server for the general population of employess, so I am trying to set this up on my own. My carrier is verizon

Searching Shared Calendars

One employee has a shared calendar which several oltehr employees can read but not edit. Can these other employess search on that shared calendar? I do not appear to be able to do that. They can only search from their own or public folders? Should I have created a public calendar rather than shared an individuals? It is exchange 2003, with outlook 2003 on XP clients Hope you can ...
