Well, Dion is a bit of a liability for the Liberals right now, so I'd love to see the bill that they would want to defeat the government over. As for increased support for Harper, just keep in mind that aging baby boomers are the largest growing segment of the population, and all the retired boomers were just handed a VERY nice tax break in the form of income-splitting....which they haven't

More proof this government doesn't practice what it preaches. Wasn't the reason for fixed election dates to prevent the incumbent from manipulating election timing?
