Unless here are very serious reasons not to, this can be done with local anesthesy, and the personc an n most cases work fine the day after. I know that I had another wsdom tooth removed where my dentist referred me to a speialist because the roots were int he sinuses. He wanted to do it with me under general anestehy, but I asked, insisting, if it coudl not be done by local anestehsy. At first

Thanks Cal, and special thanks for having been there in the rougher health times. Man, that lung spot was bad and ever so worrying. Might as well it happened to me, I think another might not have pulled out. That bad it was. Now that it is gone for the spot sensation (crossing my fngers and remaining careful as that is very recent), I again am amazed at tha body of min and how it will pull me

Hi Chloe, Glad to hear that you are starting to get better! Dental work is never pleasant to have done. I have had my wisdom teeth removed. More recently a molar removed because it was too far gone for a root canal. The tooth next to it has a crown on it. Car problems. Oh no! At least it sounds like you weren't stranded anywhere. That would be hard in your harsh Canadian winter

Too early to affirm, but me *thinks* me is healng: went to dentist today as a piece of tooth fell. Odd. No tooth under that piece!! I had a wisdom toot removed many eyars ago by another dentist that also happened on another occasion to inject me so deep that she got the nesthetic in my sinuses. That was when the sinus problems started beign so so bad.... Anyway. The wosdom toot was removed
