The eating of alot of wet foods has really helped me with weight loss. I had not read studies on it, but it just seemed like a good idea to me. For me just drinking lots of water with lower water dense foods did not help. It was only when the water was actually in the foods like fruits and milk or mixed in like soups. I've always found that eat-less-move-more works well for weight loss. It's when I *stop* that that I run into trouble! I've been able to maintain my weight loss for about 8 years now, since I didn't go back to the eat-more-move-less lifestyle.
