I think I'm about there. This has been helpful. Now I'm trying to move the LIS cache to another drive but it shuts down. It starts okay, I select drive I want to move to, hit move then I get the shutdown error: LIS has encountered a problem and will shut down (something to that effect). I'm so close to getting this fixed, I can taste it. Any thoughts on what's causing the problem?

Initially, yes. Since then, Publisher hasn't been loaded to include. Am I missing something? "Mary Sauer" wrote: Can you explore the disk, double-click the setup and run that way? Can you explore the disk, double-click the setup and run that way? The cleanup utility had nothing to do with your not being able to install Publisher. Publisher has its own setup if you bought it separately. You don't need the Office disk. When you ran the cleanup utility did you include Publisher? -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "saguy48" <saguy48@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote

I bought them separately so, yes, they are on different disks. I've never had a problem loading Publisher before--even after reformatting. It's only been a problem since I ran the installer cleanup.
