Thoroughly cheesed off with DVD Region encoding, is there an External USB Powered DVDWriter Region Free unit? I get some people telling me that I just need to download a patch from rpc1, but I know from bitter experience that it won't work with all devices, most of which are hardware rpc2 encoded. I have a Liteon 20A1P DVDwriter and I'm looking for a beige bezel for it (surround and drawer front) When these are bought as retail boxed versions they come with black, silver and beige bezels. Anybody got the beige one and not using it and want to sell it? TIA
I have an XP Embedded image that I created for a PC that has a DVDwriter in it. For XP Professional, you can right click a file and select send to DVD drive to write the file to a blank DVD. When I try this on the system with my XP Embedded image, I get an error that says there is a problem copying the file. Am I missing a component in my configuration?
