I get the duplicate transactions also. Have to manually match them after every connect with Schwab. -- ... I agree with your analysis of the problems that others have had and mine seems to be the only post talking about the duplicate transactions. That be said, I created a new file with only schwab and then did the update and I have the exact same problem with the downloads. I have about 8 accounts at Schwab and there is one transaction in each of two accounts where I have the problem. The

Before that problem I had no problems with download and now I have the prbloem with the same transactions downloadind. When I called Schwab they claimed that they still have not "completely" resolved the problem and that is why I have the problem. They obviously could
