Hi folks, I am trying to find a fix it for a problem am having. I have a Dell Inspiron E1505 with Windows XP. I some how got ANTIVIRUS 2009 loaded up and that is where my problems started. After researching that issue I finally got it off but have some how messed up my "registry info" (maybe). I keep getting the message when I try to download something about a missing MSN.downloadhost

lemontree I had the same problem more than a year ago, I don't remember the how to fix the problem though. The quickest thing you can do to resolve it is call MSDN support in the morning and they will assist you. B.D. Everytime I try to download an update or install a program I get a notice saying "widows cannot open file MSND downloadhost windows needs to know what program created it" even when its a windows update.
