IIRC, that will still only readd songs previously deleted from the library if they are *manually* re-added. It's also worth checking a subset of those files - right click in windows explorer, choose Properties, and make sure the Read Only box is not checked both for Folder and any files within it WMP does write some values to the files and it can cause inexplicable updating errors if the files are made read only. If the files were previously deleted from the player, they won't be added. If you're having some "partial downloads" folder scanned by WMP, that would also cause hiccups. You should be able to drag and drop the folder containing that music onto the player's library and have them added that way. -- Speaking for myself only.
