Hello if one user is getting locked then we need to check few of the things 1) if the user doesnlt logon, then still does the user account get locked. 2) if yes, then may be it's some application or service at background which is sending bad credentials. 3) use lockout status tool to find which dc is locking the account 4) enable netlogon logging on that dc,using command nltest /dbflag:2080FFFF
