Hi! This is a bug that came with SP1 RC. As soon as you upgrade the Ops Mgr agent on the DC the Last Bind Response time goes up with a 1000x factor. So if you have 15 ms it results in false alerts with 15 s if you dont use US-English Regional Settings on your DC. We have Swedish Regional settings and English OS and I have seen posts with German and Danish with same result. It is a priority
