what do you want in the email display name field? Outlook 2003/2007 on Exchange 2003. The software package that is currently being used updates only the e- mail field, not the e-mail display as field...which unfortunately another application pulls from. Needless to say they end up being 'out of sync', as in the EDA shows the out-dated e-mail address.
