Hi, I downloaded SQL RTM 2008 develpoer edition from MSDN, tried to install it on a Hyper-V win2k8 child x64 fresh install without success. All tests were passed, after 45 minutes, I got a message indicating that an error has occured and setup can not continue. The error was really very ambigous "The directory name is invalid". I strated to investigate the log files, I found a summary....
