Outlook 2007 email sending denied by Sys Administrator

When I try to send an email, the System Adminstrator denies relaying and specifies a code 570 5.7.1. I know my email settings are correct because I can send to the people in my company that have the same ending email address. The Outlook program is with MS Office Standard on a 60 day trial. I have downloaded all the Outlook updates.

When trying to connect to the SQL server where BCM is installed I get an access denied message. Also I cannot see the BCM tool bar in the drop down tool bars menu in outlook (although when I go to customise toolbars it is there but greyed out).
