It is a bit hidden -- in the project menu, go to properties to bring up the project property pages. Then in the configuration properties, select debugging, and enter your command line arguments in the "Command Arguments" field. Learning basic HTML is a good idea for a CS student. However, if you don't have the time to do so at the moment or would like to do something fancier than you can easily whip up in vi (eww, use emacs)... then feel free to use your favorite web design software. On a mac, iWeb is free and easy to use. I think the MS Office program is called FrontPage. Many word processors and some drawing
