Request for assistance to get Tina Richards' son, Cloy, here to meet with Re. John Murtha next week. Cloy is a young man who loves his country and was proud to serve in two tours of duty in Iraq. After the first deployment, he returned with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD) after his buddy traded places with him one night so Cloy could catch a few winks, and the guy was immediately hit by a car
