Yea excatly, playing a new spruce guitar sounds like nails on a chalkboard for a couple of weeks. One can get a sense of the possiblities, but it takes a couple of weeks to develop multidemensional tonal qualities.... then 6 months.... a year.....3 years.....oh yea!<<< I hear ya man! :-) Thanks for the link! I like the fact they stress ''Split" not many people stress this.
