As long as you realize that your comments are only being read by other users, then that's OK. Yours seem to be directed at Adobe, and that won't reliably happen here. -- Murray --- ICQ 71997575 Adobe Community Expert (If you *MUST* email me, don't LAUGH when you do so!) ================== http://www.dreamweavermx-templates.com - Template Triage! http://www.projectseven.com/go - DW FAQs

why not if they're ripping off International customers? surely this forum is for all things Dreamweaver - and that includes the pricing. I'd be much happier not having any posts here criticising Adobe, but they're kicking

I assume you are in a form, but you did not say what you would do to initiate the search, so I am guessing you will be entering the customer ID in a text box on the form. Use the Before Update event of the text box and a DLookup using your query to determine whether the customer ID is in the recordset: If IsNull(DLookup("[Customer ID]", "QueryNameHere", "[Customer ID] = & Me.txtCustomer

Yea I have tested this one, is great but still needs some configuration. The app needed will be used as a Custmoer Support, and most of the clients dont have any computer skills. So no configuration at all from the clients side is a must. The app should be like LogMeIn, but it costs around 1000 USD /yr PER COMPUTER. Any ideas?
