I created a bunch of the SVN repos this evening, but instr services decided to enable ports for cs162 instead of cs164, which doesn't help us much. As the repos are there, I'm hoping they'll be publicly exposed sometime tomorrow morning. I'll also try to get the testing oracle up tomorrow night. For now, if you're working from within the dept, you can try connecting to /home/cc/cs164/
