At the present I did simply drag and drop them into the one.... the draw back is that if I make any updates, I have to rememeber what was updated and go back tot he primary contac in its individual list and update it once again. I've hit a brick wall and really could use some help.. I have Vista OS and using Outlook 2007 All of sudden I'm having problems opening Outlook. I get a message that cannot open file outlook.pst. thanks. I have many groups with public contacs and some have duplicates. And when someone updates one, they have to notify the other to update the other contact. and in some occassions one of the duplicated contacts never got updated. Add a category with project number or description to each contact. For example: Job 3456 Now when another PM uses a contac they can add their Job number category as well. When you do a search for contacts for a particular project you can search the specific job number and get all your contacts. I prefer just keeping an excell sheet with my imediate contacts for specific projects ...
