I never saw this message here. Unfortunately, it is a fact of life that. Computers slow down Graphics cards CAN speed them up but if they got slower over time, its a good bet its the programs which run at start up and the anti virus etc, which is the culprit, and no amount of new graphic cards is going to sort that out. My advice would be to see if you can find an association of blind
