Well Vicky, I think Flash is the way to go. It's the industry standard used on YouTube, Google video and other video sharing sites. If your video is of general interest, you could post it to YouTube (let them carry the bandwidth) and just copy and paste their code into your page. Don't worry about Active Content warning.
