"Mark" claimed he had contacted the City Attorney in Beaverton, Oregon. I just got off the phone with that Department. No one there heard from any "Mark" No one there has any COMPLAINT filed by whomever "Mark" is. HOWEVER, what is interesting is that, when I explained the antics of "Mark", and sending through the complaint to his "Services", I was told to make a copy of that available
