Thanks, Larry! There's a lot of good info there, and I'll start reviewing it right away. The company's domain name is company-server.local (I made sure of that when I re-installed SBS 2003). Seems this is going to be considerably more complicated than simply recreating what they had in place when I got there, but if it's ultimately a better setup, then I'm sure they won't mind. For your issue, it may not be your Internet Service Provider who is responsible for your email.
