I know m_strFilter is the WHERE clause only but I have tried for example (n is an int or a double) m_strFilter = "RID=" + "'"; m_strFilter+= n + "'"; or m_strFilter = "RID="; m_strFilter+= n; and other variations. The problem is not the database file (dbf) itself, it is the index file and how ODBC handles it. I have noticed that if I eliminate the .inf file I can load 5000 records. Thanks, Charles.
