Is there a way to do this? When a company changes names and all that changes in a person's email address is the info after the @, is there a way to have all contacts of this company changed without doing each one individually? -- pdennis16

How do I change the way/order the names are listed in my Address Book? This is the Outlook Address Book associated with the Contact List. I just populated a new computer, and the Address Book comes up First Name first, then Last Name. I want Company first, Last Name second, then First Name. example: I have 12 candidates to interview with 4 different people. we will meet same place each time and same group. I would like to set up 1a meeting (3 hour window) Type send candidate name in subject and send. Next time slot (could eb next day) I will change name in subject and change date & time. Not sure how to do this
