...It seems to be a finer mesh than the one that comes with the Cerama Brite starter kit - you know, the thin yellow kinda soft-scrubby one? Only these are a bit tighter-woven, seem to have a bit of sponge in them to hold the liquid cleaner, and still manage to do a pretty good job.
