Could well be that she's afraid she won't be your favourite anymore or that one of the other cats upsets her. Just because they're from the same litter doesn't necessarily mean they'll be friends when they grow up. The fact that she's peeing on things with your scent might indicate she feels YOU are the cause of some of her depression. Her main threat is more likely to be a male cat.
