In tracking down an over-rich condition, found the pigtail and connector for the rear, post-converter 02 sensor on this Wrangler were missing (due to an altercation with a terrain hazard or road debris of some kind) and replaced with permanent patch wires. I think< they were connected right, but I don't have a manual, and the problem apparently started about the time this patch was done

I confess to being confused by the OP's diagram, but I wonder if just using an Ethernet switch instead of the second router would do what he wants.
