I have a "Calendar" and a "Calendar1." All my appointments are in "Calendar1." Even though I have that calendar first - and checked - every time I reopen Outlook 2003, it reverts back to "Calendar" - which is empty - and I can't delete it. How can I get all my appointments from "Calendar" to "Calendar1" so that my reminders work?
... and calendar (1) has nothing in it. The appointment dates in calendar1 are bolded in the to do bar, but it still says that there are no upcoming appointments. Open Calendar1, display it as a table (By Category works well), select all... default Calendar as the destination. When the copying complese, right-click Calendar1 and choose Delete. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

The appointment dates in calendar1 are bolded in the to do bar, but it still says that there are no upcoming appointments.
