It is true, the cable guy that came over to my house was intentionally lazy, and pokes around my whole place. He did a really bad job installing all of the cable, and didn't finish the job. He even left the cable ungrounded, and called for back-up that is coming a week later. Because he didn't ground the cable my tv blew out, and was electrocuted by voltage spikes.
