Look, setting up RPC over HTTP/S is simple. All you need to do is follow the instructions. If you say that you cannot reach your OWA page then you probably messed up things. No, you need to know where this certificate has originated. I suggest buying a 3rd-party certificate from www.godaddy.com for less than $20 per year.
