I rode with it this weekend. Yeah, it's obvious. Yeah, it sucks putting it on. Yeah, it even looks gay. I had one small crash and one big, bust your ass crash (byac). My head didn't even turn. I hit my head so hard I saw stars. I would say a slight concussion. This thing really is a step change in safety equipment. No friggin way am I ever getting on a bike again without this brace
