Your point is well taken. But, when those speak who feel they have something to gain by keeping lower priced Chinese scooters off the market, they speak with the assumption that for all time the certainty of getting a piece of shoddy goods is 100%% . My experience, and that of thousands of others is different, and the likely trend is that the probability of getting a reasonable quality

We all remember what happened to those. They were discontinued and the buyers were left with machines for which nobody produced recorded
