Yall recall how I've described how banks would cheat you at closings costing the buyer 2 , 3, 4 5, 600 dollars a closing. I mean it got so bad I had to buy a HUD Settlement program, load it up on the computer, and do the entire closing in mock style at the time of the contract just to be keen on these maneuvers.
