One method of doing this is to load one of your already edited images along with your new images into ACR. The main issue is the source material. The current heal tool has a source and destination. The destination is the blob you want to fix (e.g., dust). The source is where to get the good stuff from. While it's likely the destination is the same across a bunch of images (for dust), it's unlikely the source area would be useful from image to image.
