We are using Exchange/Outlook 2003. We have a number of bookable resources in public folders. Currently a user can book a resource for a period (a few hours, a day, a week), and then another user can come along and make another booking for the same period. How do I make Exchange mark a resource as 'unbookable' to other users when someone has already booked it?

Hello, I have a shared mailbox that i am using as bookable room resource in outlook 2003, but when someone cancels a meeting the time is made availabe again but the booking remains prefixed with Cancelled. Is there a some way of dynamically clearing this from the calender when someone were to cancels as if i pressed the 'removed from calender' button in the cancellation email. Thanks...
