First and foremost, you definitely want to get rid of this - <br> Site is best viewed in <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx?wt_svl=20055a&mg_id=20055b" target="output">Internet Explorer</a> It's the hallmark of an amateur site. And it's lame. To think that anyone would change their browser to view your site is arrogant in the extreme

Hello, I have to scroll in IE and FF, but it's because I have my browser window open to about 800px and your table is 1238. Even if you reduce the width of the table, the images you used for Articles (327px), About (569px wide) and Links (338px) total 1234px. I would suggest first, leaving "Layout Mode" and never returning. It writes such bad code and causes issues, so much so that it is
