From New Musical Express, March 1967. From the beginning, for sure, David has always given good interviews. I lived in England in 1967 and let's forgive the "Bill Crosby" line. Surely a typo because some of us did have an idea of who Cosby was, even over the pond. Or maybe he (Keith Altham) really didn't know. Let's forgive anyway.
