Hit SQL Express 2005 4GB limit... now what?

Once one hits the SQL Express 2005 4GB limit on database size, what can an administator do? That is, should I still be able to truncate the database and/or logs? If I could recover enough space to "maneuver", then I could run application-level processes to delete rows, etc. Or is the DB basicaly non-functional once it hits the limit?

Its not just bush its everyone who accepts money in exchange for evil deeds. Basicaly its the vast majority of war mongers vs a minority of peacekeepers. Luckly some of us peacekeepers are actualy smart not that im one of them.
