Bankruptcy bill set to pay off big for creditors and corporations By Weldon Berger Created Aug 7 2007 - 3:36pm The bankruptcy bill passed by Congress and signed by president Bush in 2005 makes seeking protection from creditors tougher for people who aren't corporations. Apparently it also makes seeking protection from people easier for corporations [1] (via Eschaton [2]). Bear Stearns

As things get worse in this Republican-created economic mess, remember that bankruptcy ain't as helpful as it used to be for the middle class.
