So no doubt people were trying deliberately to destroy the earth, seeing this colonization attempt being irrecoverable. They themselves or the ocnscioous computer would know that if you have a place where there are sociopaths, people cannot safely beam there, which means it will never be a part of the empire which means its only future would be to be at odds with the empire and then who knows

It used to be that the printing of money was often done by private money-printing specialists at the orders of individual governments; but the title suggests that the decision of how much money to print is being or has been privatized.
