Again,  there is... market so there is no need to worry about cutting  supply <b>back</b> and someone else stepping up to plate.     So no  ...anywhere near our White House.    Which one?     <description><![CDATA[... to  appear...may have to re-submit), when Alvin's Kona Coffee was 5 pounds for  $10, gasoline was around $0.30 a gallon and milk $1.00 a gallon here on the  Mainland.  Gas, if memory serves me correctly, was about  $0.45 a gallon in  the islands <b>back</b> then.  Maybe Alvin has the same perspective on gas and milk  as he has on Kona Coffee.  Dunno, Alvin being Alvin.  But maybe...just  maybe.      <br><br>
