Is it normal for a seller just to let a "best offer" expire rather than respond to the offer? I assume from the seller's point of view it means same - offer rejected but from mine - the bidder, I am more likely to come back with an increased offer if I know the first offer has definitely been rejected and not just expired because the seller hasn't even considered it. Any thoughts? Pete
