We have too much government in the format of our city, county, state and multiple (nearly countless) forms of federal agencies, including multiple DoD and MI5/CIA cloak and dagger groups doing their own thing, with few if any consolidated efforts for sharing their technology, data or many other spendy resources that should be of a common pool rather than kept individual.
