Hi, Thank you for your reply, I found the difference and now know why I couldn't see it, -> When CRM for Outlook is not active or Outlook (with CRM) is not started the link to the Appointmentcalendar is shown! but I am still searching for and answer why this happens? -> I made a link within the ISV menu to get it always, but what is the real reason why it is hidden?? Which Syncoptions/switches

If you can see it on one PC, then you should be able to see it on all PC's. The delivery mechanism is PC agnostic (well, relatively speaking when you consider OS and Office versions). Couple of quick checks: 1. Clear your browser cache and/or hit F5 to refresh 2. Are you accessing it the same way (client) and URL on each computer? (instead of http://<server :5555 on one and http

Hi, I just found out that the appointmentbook disapeared. The thing is in the sitemap, and I can see it on one pc, I can't see it on a other PC (same user = admin) All normal user doesn't see it. Best regards for any hint some parts where it is listed in the sitemap <Area Id="CS" ResourceId="Area_Service" Icon="/_imgs/services_24x24.gif" DescriptionResourceId="Customer_Service_Description"
