The FAQ and this website [1] does as good a job as any explaining the -- mandatory -- use of the Real ID card (THE REAL ID ACT 2005, H.R. 418 - H.R. 1268 - Public Law 109-13 ). Note though IMO the publisher equivocates resulting in a deceitful and outright denial that the Real ID card is the mark of the beast while playing the waiting game and hedging his bets so to speak. As far as I've been able to deduce from the information trickling out current citizens of the former U.S. will be compelled to use the RealID which is said to force citizens to submit themselves to biometric ID, i.e. the mark of the beast in that this early manifestation as I understand requires fingerprinting biometrics "mark in the hand." Those I have heard speak about the RealID also assert
