Hi M I don't think it's just being vain. I think there's also a part of us that just doesn't feel good about being overweight and knows there are better options - a bit like being a smoker and getting that urge to quit. Not knowing exactly how to do it and not being able to crack it when we tried. I guess the trick is just to keep on at it and never give up. I'm very intrested in this topic
